Besides designing clothes, Merel Vandevoorde also specializes in accessory design. She discovered her love for leather during her fashion studies, starting from shoemaking and later during her Erasmus in Estonia, EKA, in accessory design. While experimenting with all kinds of accessories, she mainly focusses on the craftmanship.

BAGS

She has a special love for leather molding and saddlery techniques and designs accordingly to what those techniques have to offer.

SHOES

Corresponding with her design method for her clothing, she is especially interested in the construction behind shoemaking. This results in a collection of shoes that has this making process visualized.
